Downloadable files such as PDF guides, eBooks, templates, prompt packs, worksheets and audio. Uploads can be PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, ZIP, EPUB, MP3, PNG or JPG. You can also point to a file hosted elsewhere, but that link is public and does not expire.
Up to 2 MB per uploaded file. For anything bigger, compress it into a ZIP or link to where it is hosted.

No, on either plan. The actual payment gateway charge is deducted from the sale. The 5% commission on Sloth applies to bookings, not products.

Yes. Every paid purchase generates a GST invoice for the booking fee, issued to the buyer.
Digital products are not refundable once a download link has been issued, as set out in our refund policy.
